The following applies only to authorized non-FERC users who must log on to view non-public documents.
For security reasons, non-FERC users who are authorized to view non-public documents must change their passwords within every ninety days. If you do not change your password within the required time, your account will be locked out and you will need to have it unlocked.
1. Select the Change Password link on the Search page after you log in. The eLibrary Change Password screen appears, as shown below. The Username field is populated by default with your username.
2. Enter your current password and your new password in the appropriate boxes. Confirm the new password by entering it in the Confirm New Password box.
3. Click Change to enter your new password in the system. If you need to re-enter your new password, click Clear All.
NOTE: As noted in red on the page, your password must be 8 characters in length and contain at least one non-alphabetic character.
IMPORTANT: Your account will be locked out if you do not change your password within 90 days or for some other reason. To unlock your account, you must contact the IT Support Center at 1-866-208-3676.
