If you are in the eLibrary opening page, you can access the General Search page by clicking on the General Search link near the middle of the page.
If you are in one of the other search pages, click on the Search link in the blue column on the left side of the page.
If you are in a search results page, click on the Search link in the blue menu bar near the top of the page.
