The Docket and Sub Docket fields display the docket number and sub docket number that you had entered on the Docket Search page. However, you may also enter a new docket number on which to do a search. If you do so, you may type characters in upper or lower case, but the number must include any zeroes and hyphens exactly as they appear on the original docket
If you enter a new Docket Number and/or Sub Docket in the Docket Number fields and then click the Check Consolidated Dockets button, eLibrary will perform a search for consolidation information for the new numbers.
The search for Consolidated Dockets, whether from the Docket Sheet Search page or from entering new docket numbers on the Consolidated Docket Search page, can lead to several conclusions, as shown below:
The following message is displayed if the Docket is not part of a consolidation.
If the Docket is the Lead Docket in a consolidation, the results appear as follows.
In the above case, the docket is identified as the lead docket, and a list of the consolidated dockets is presented. You have a choice to search for the lead docket and all consolidated dockets or the lead docket only.
If the docket is part of a consolidation, but is not the lead docket, the following information is presented.
In the above case, the docket is identified as part of a consolidation, and a list of the lead dockets for any consolidations of which it is a part are shown. You are given the choice of searching for documents for both the lead and current docket numbers or for the current docket number only.
